Because every knit is made to order, please allow:
- Processing time: 3–7 business days before shipment
- Shipping time: 7–15 business days to the US & Canada
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking when your order ships. Shipping fees are calculated at inquiry confirmation.
Returns
- Ready-made items: Returnable within 14 days of delivery, unworn and in original condition.
- Custom / made-to-order pieces: Due to the personal nature, these are final sale. If something arrives damaged or isn’t what you expected, contact us within 7 days — we will always work with you to make it right.
Email info@crisauna.com to start a return. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
